Strategy – Auditing Current Setup and Roadmapping Improvements

Planning – Generating a Clear Plan to Understand the Changes and Benefits
Once we have all the information we require, KJL map the proposed hardware and any software elements, as well as the duration and costs, making it easy to make an internal decision. Our proposal factors in delivery and installation requirements, so you know that once you give the go ahead, there are no additional barriers or costs to consider.
Should you have additional considerations, such as goods in bay or building security requirements or IT infrastructure complications, we will always deal with that on your behalf and are well versed in these practices.
Build / Installation – Guiding the Input of New Hardware, Software and Training
Once you give KJL the confirmation that you wish to proceed with a proposal, we will provide the following:
- A completed set of contracts, lease or purchase, service and maintenance for your perusal and signature.
- Assemble any hardware and deliver it to site on an agreed date by our trained engineers,
- Install the equipment and any software onto the system and ensure that all users are set up correctly.
- Full training to all users that require it and will be there moving forward to assist in any technical support that is required for the life of the contract
- We remove any legacy equipment at the same time (if requested)
Support – Assisting Users and Performing Maintenance on Machines
Once you are a KJL client, you will be safe in the knowledge that we are there to support you for the life of the contract. From our head offices in Laindon Essex, we have an operations team monitoring the network of machines that will be reporting their status, any faults or toner requirements automatically, using our optional Fleet Manager system
We have a call centre manned by technical staff that can often solve issues immediately, by logging into your computer whilst you’re on the phone and making any adjustments that may be required. If they can’t solve your problem over the phone, we will dispatch a trained engineer to visit you in person on the same day (depending on the time of your call as per our SLA and working hours).
In the hugely unlikely event that a machine should fail, we would of course replace this with a machine of the same or better specification in a timely fashion. All toners, parts, labour and consumable items are included in our service contracts (unless otherwise specified in your contract).
